Carlyle Bernard Nightingale
BILLINGS, Mont. Carlyle Bernard Chappy Nightingale, 82, Billings, died Aug. 11, 2006.
Mr. Nightingale was born May 1, 1924, near Halstead, Kan. He worked for Shell Oil Company and owned Clark Insurance Services in Miles City.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Mae.
Survivors include three daughters, Carlene Nightingale of Cardiff by the Sea, Calif., and Thana Fischer and Christine Nightingale, both of Billings; three brothers, Harvey of Seattle, Bob of Corcoran, Calif., and John of Halstead; three sisters, Vivian Rundell of Salina, Kan., Della Mae Walker of Naperville, Ill., and Joan Cohen of Phoenix; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service was held in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Billings. A memorial service was held at United Methodist Church, Billings.
