David Hanselman Dead. David Hanselman, a former resident of Burrton, died at the Base Hospital at Fort Riley at 8 o'clock Monday morning from pneumonia. He had been seriously ill for more than a week.
The body rrived in Burrton this morning and funeral services were conducted at the Burrton Christian Church this afternoon by Rev. S.H. Barley, Pastor of the Church. The burial service was held at the Star Cemetery and was conducted by the Burrton I.O.O.F. Lodge. The deceased man was a member of the Turon lodge.
Mr. Hanselman joined the Army about 2 months ago and since his enlistment has ben stationed at Fort Riley.
He is survived by 2 sisters, Mrs. Nettie Janes of Alexander, Kansas, and Nellie Bowles of Turon; one brother, Harry Hanselman o0f Wichita, and a number of other relatives and a large circle of friends.
