We are sad to announce the passing of Lois I Piland of Newton Kansas. She died at age 84 on January 7, 2023. Lois passed away surrounded by her loved ones.

She is survived by her high school sweet heart and husband of 67 years James W.; daughters Jami and Lois; sons David, Matthew, and Andrew; and many grand children and great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the wonderful help and care of Choice hospice.

The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.
