Phyllis Ann Mitchell (nee Fraley), 77, formerly of Burns, KS, passed away on May 5, 2024 in Newton, Kansas. She was born in Wichita, Kansas. Phyllis will be remembered for her love and dedication to her Lord and Savior, her friends and her family.

The last couple of years she kept the staff at Paramount Community Living and Rehab on their toes with her sense of humor and silly antics, but the laughs she caused and her smile will be missed dearly.
