ELBING - Wiebe, Kevin Scott, 49, retired, died July 9, 2006 at Elbing. Visitation with family 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Lamb Funeral Home, Whitewater; graveside service 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Pleasant View Cemetery, Elbing; memorial service 11 a.m. Wednesday, Emmaus Mennonite Church, Whitewater. Kevin was born Sept. 10, 1956 at Newton, Kan. He married Arleta Goossen April 2, 1976 at Mingo, Kan. Survivors: wife, Arleta of Elbing; son, Warren of Wichita; daughters, Andrea Wiebe of Papillion, Neb., Stephanie Tester of Edmond, Okla.; father, Bill Wiebe of Elbing; sister, Nancy Holliday of Whitewater. Preceded in death by mother, Dorothy. Memorials to Leukemia Society or Berean Academy.
