PEABODY -- Eva Joahnna (Eklund) Schupp, 84, homemaker, died Wednesday (March 4, 1998) at Newton Medical Center.
She was born April 10, 1913 in Scranton to John and Emma Caroline Alberg Eklund. She married Alfred Walter Schupp Sept. 3, 1938. He preceded her in death Sept. 25, 1971.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and was active in many church activites including United Methodist Women and Circle.
Survivors include: one daughter, Alice Bennett of Rochester Hills, Mich.; three sons, Ted Schupp of Valley Center, Allen Schupp of Peabody and Dan Schupp of Wichita; two brothers, Herman
Eklund of Memphis, Tenn., and Dean Eklund of Wellington; three sisters, Leone Amdrade of Chula Vista, Calif., June Hall of Wichita and Ruth of Topeka; five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Peabody with Pastor Robert Priest officiating.
Memorials have been established with the United Methodist Church in care of Baker Funeral Home in Peabody.
