HALSTEAD?Larry D. Wilson, 79, died Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Halstead Health and Rehabilitation.
He was born on March 18, 1946, at Wichita to Dale O. and Henrietta (Lauber) Wilson.
He graduated from Derby High School and served in the U.S Marine Corps. After his service, he worked as a machinist for Learjet.
On July 7, 1967, he married Marilyn Sue Beckner at Wichita. She preceded him in death on July 29, 2024.
He is survived by sons Rick Wilson, Bentley, Mike (Darcie) Wilson, Wichita, and Kevin (Rebecca) Wilson, North Newton; brother Dale ?Butch? (Judy) Wilson, Park City; six grandchildren;
and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sherry Reddick.
Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Monday, May 5, at Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Bentley, with Pastor Mark Ollenberger officiating.
Memorial gifts may be given to Caring Hands Humane Society, in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
