Sandra Stone Sandra 'Sandy' Jean Stone, 70, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021, at Newton Medical Center. She was a former Burrton resident, born March 11, 1950, in Hutchinson, to Bernard 'Bud' and Maxine (Robertson) Stone.
Sandy graduated from Burrton High School and was a cook, retiring from Burrton Schools.
She enjoyed all of her pets when living on her farm, watching the Kansas City Chiefs, her son's auto racing events, and Gunsmoke.
She was preceded in death by: her parents and grandparents, Austin and Docia Stone, and Wallace and Eva Robertson.
Private family graveside service will be held in Burrton Cemetery, with Pastor Ron Jones presiding.
Friends may sign her book from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, January 7, 2021, at Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, Hutchinson, Kansas.
