Larry Lee Hill, 81, passed away on June 3, 2025. Larry was born in Beloit, Kansas on December 8, 1943.
He grew up on a farm near Glen Elder, KS, attended Beloit Elementary School, Jardine Junior High School, and graduated from Wichita South High School in 1962.
He raised three children with his first wife of 23 years, Marilyn (Watkins) Hill in Wichita, KS.
He was a career welder at Cessna for 41 years and retired in 2006. He met his wife Donna (Bixler) Hill at Cessna and they were married on January 14, 2006. They lived and enjoyed their retirement
in Newton, KS.
He is survived by his wife Donna, sister Madonna Smith of Wichita, daughter Kimberly Fielding of Wichita, daughter Katherine Hill of Marion, stepdaughter Becky (Ron) Wedel of Goessel, 7
grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Orville and Ada Hill of Wichita, son Robert Hill of Wichita, and stepson Corey Condit of Houston.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Outside the Walls Church, 431 W. 12th Street, Newton, KS on June 21st from 12-3 pm. Please bring a covered dish and enjoy dinner with the family.
